MAZAL TOV! We have completed another cycle of the Rambam learning worldwide.

We are restarting the cycle this week and I encourage each and every one of you to hop on board to learn "the entire Torah" in less than a year.

Want to know how? Click here.

If you are ready to take upon yourself to learn this daily, I would be happy to find a sponsor so that you can get the Chayenu booklets to your door weekly.

Dozens of families from the Released Time Jewish Program joined together at Chabad for a Shabbat meal with family friendly fun and great food.

The Released Time Program offers public school students a unique opportunity to learn about their Jewish heritage. This free program takes place every Wednesday during the last hour of the school day, coordinated through the school. Registration is available through JewishHour.org.

From Isolation to Inspiration

This story takes us back a couple years, to the coronavirus period.

Although so many things stopped at that time, it was also an opportunity for things to grow and sprout.

When I realized that people were putting their usual routines on hold and staying at home, I saw an opportunity. It was the perfect time to help them make the most of their newfound free time and achieve goals they had always wished they had time for.

I reached out to a handful of people I knew and offered to pair them with learning partners. There were no excuses—everyone was at home, and many were open to the idea. I explained that this could be our most meaningful response to such a challenging time.

One by one, I worked to match local community members with dedicated volunteers who were eager to engage in this mission.

After a few months, the success of the program was remarkable. One participant was so inspired by what he learned that he began studying more frequently with friends and family. He eventually started hosting gatherings for his friends and relatives who were not yet religious, helping them connect with their Judaism and discover their true selves.

One story that stands out is Ruth’s. She was profoundly grateful for the experience:

“When Breina reached out to learn with me, I was just beginning my journey in Judaism. I knew very little—I didn’t even know who the forefathers were. I didn’t light Shabbat candles or celebrate more than Passover and Yom Kippur. Breina was incredibly patient. She spent hours and hours—days and weeks—on the phone with me. Even after COVID, she dedicated many late nights answering my questions and sharing so much knowledge until I felt confident to stand on my own two feet. Thank you, Rebbetzin, for guiding me, answering all my questions, and ensuring I perform each mitzvah properly.”

Today, Ruth proudly observes Torah and mitzvahs on her own, influencing her family to draw closer to Hashem as well. Her story is a powerful reminder that even in dark and difficult times, Hashem gives us the strength not only to endure but to grow and thrive.

Warm regards and Moshiach now,
