Jewish Culture Club Trip

For the first time ever, a local NYC public school partnered with Chabad to give students a meaningful and immersive Crown Heights experience.

The trip began with a visit to 770, the Rebbe’s synagogue, followed by stops at the neighborhood library, a Jewish scribe, and local Judaica and leather shops—offering students a glimpse into daily life and tradition.

Students also enjoyed kosher pizza and observed the matzah bakery in action, gaining insight into this important Passover preparation.

To conclude the day, the group watched the Mitzvah Tank parade—dozens of “tanks” heading out across NYC to help prepare for Passover, in honor of the Rebbe’s birthday.

It was a day filled with learning, culture, and unforgettable moments.
